Ben Hsiang is a graduate of UC San Diego where he majored in International Studies with a focus on Economics. During his time at UC San Diego, Ben took the opportunity to study abroad for 1 year in Beijing, China and 3 months in Siena, Italy. As a result of his travels, in addition to gaining global perspective on life and business, Ben is able to speak fluent Mandarin Chinese. Upon graduation, Ben began his real estate career at a national commercial real estate firm in 2004 where he began his focus on apartment sales. Since joining RE/MAX Commercial & Investment Realty in 2007, Ben has received numerous company awards including being the nation’s number one agent for commercial sales in 2010, 2011 & 2012
& 2015. His success in real estate can be directly attributed to his honesty, hard work ethic and excellent negotiating skills.

Don Favia is a graduate from the College of Business and Economics at California State University, Northridge. Upon graduation, he went on to work as a Business
Analyst at Amgen, Inc. until 2007 when he was introduced to Commercial Real Estate and never looked back. Don specializes in multi-family units throughout the Westside and beach communities where he currently resides. His transactional experience and talent for negotiation help his clients navigate through some of more complicated aspects of a real estate transaction, and prove to be a valuable resource for his clients. He is strongly driven to help apartment owners achieve their financial goals and with meeting the exciting challenge of being a top producer at RE/MAX Commercial & Investment Realty.
